[Gdal-dev] OGR and measure support

Ari,

I just wanted to let you know that I do - in the long term - hope to add
measure values to the OGR geometry model.  I am waiting for the new SFSQL
specification which includes an upgraded geometry model including measures.
Once that is adopted, we can start working on an RFC to upgrade the geometry
to XYZM, and also adding some of the other new constructs like curves.  Of
course the total job is big so I may seek some financial or additional
developer support to implement it.

I'll assign these bugs to Mateusz, as he has been doing some related
improvements in WKT and WKB processing.  But it may be some time before
he gets to correcting them.  Hopefully before the next GDAL release though.
