[Gdal-dev] ogrinfo and sql option

Matt,

I haven't used windows xp, but I use unxutils (grep is included) on a 
windows 2000 machine with ogr

http://sourceforge.net/projects/unxutils/

I don't know if dbview (or other dbf to ascii executables) are available 
for windows.
