[Gdal-dev] Motion: Tamas Szekeres as a GDAL committer

+1.  Tamas does a great job on the MapScript bindings.  He is 
courteous with commits, explicit with bug reports, and hopefully can 
bring some more life (and typemaps!) to the C# GDAL bindings.
