[Gdal-dev] Perl bindings added to the Buildbot

Folks,

I added building and testing of Perl bindings to the GDAL Buildbot.
Currently, Perl steps are only added to quick and full builders
on the telascience slave (Linux/FC4).

Comments, questions and suggestions are welcome.


By the way, what do you think about unification of interface generation
target in makefiles of SWIG bindings:
Currently, SWIG C# uses "make interface", Perl uses "make generate"...
I think it's a good idea to unify these targets,
according to the idea of "learn once, use everywhere".
