[Gdal-dev] Tansverse Mercator South Oriented question

I have the PROJCS below defined and it does not get validated by OGR.

I receive the error: OGRERR_UNSUPPORTED_SRS.

It was simply defined as follow:

        OGRSpatialReference    oTMSO;
        oTMSO.SetProjCS("TMSO Zone 29 / WGS84");
        oTMSO.SetWellKnownGeogCS( "WGS84" );
        oTMSO.SetTMSO(0,29,1,0,0);


Can anyone help me find the error? Thanks.
