[Gdal-dev] Proposal for Unified Windows Binaries (Visual C++.NET2003 availability)

Richard,

    My thought was to use a license for automated building
of libraries (and applications?); so more in the "buildbot"
scenario than the usual interactive create-compile-debug
code...
