[Gdal-dev] wcs tests failing

Hi,

Ivan notified me that wcs tests are failing due to some strange problems.
It seemed to me that there is not enough space or may be /tmp on
xblade14-2 or geodata.telascience.org is not writable but this is not
the case here.

Running tests from gdrivers/wcs.py
  TEST: wcs_1 ... success
  TEST: wcs_2 ... ERROR 1: msSaveImageGDAL(): General error message.
Failed to create output GTiff file.
TIFFOpen:/tmp/srtmsrvr/462c9826_5da1_0.tif: No such file or directory

fail
    open failed.
  TEST: wcs_3 ... skip
  TEST: wcs_4 ... skip
  TEST: wcs_5 ... ERROR 1: msSaveImageGDAL(): General error message.
