[Gdal-dev] Creation of *.PRJ file from Shapefile (*.shp) - reg.

Hopefully you could use the GDAL/OGR C# API to accomplish this task.
I think the morphToESRI() and exportToWkt() methods of the
SpatialReference object can be used to generate output suitable to
write Arc/Info 8 compatible .prj files.
