I'm actively using GDAL that I compile with MinGW (MSYS in fact) so I'm 
interested in keeping the build working in that environment also. I also 
compile the Perl bindings in MinGW. However, I'm not including any other 
drivers than the deafult ones - for example I've tried to include 
JPEG2000 but failed.
