[Gdal-dev] netcdf add_offset and scale_factor

Hello,

not that I'm an impatient man, but I filed an update for the netCDF driver two 
months ago and haven't heard from it since. I know you guys are busy, but I'd 
like to tap a shoulder or two ;)

I really really feel that this would be a feature that simply is obligatory 
for any library that handles netCDF.

Could Dennis or Frank please take a look at it?
