[Gdal-dev] FWTools 1.3.6 Released

Folks,

I have cut a new FWTools release.  This release includes a mapserver roughly
corresponding with MapServer 5.0beta5.  On Linux this includes AGG though I
still haven't gotten around to that on windows.

On windows I have now included the C# mapscript support in the build.  The
dll's are with GDAL's csharp interface dlls in the FWTools\csharp directory.

The GDAL includes the new WMS driver by Adam Nowacki and the new BNA OGR
driver by Even Rouault.
