[gdal-dev] Shapefile read/write

Thanks for the quick reply.  I am using GDAL 1.5dev, FWTools 1.3.9, released 2007/10/11 on win32.
I assume since it is a development build, it is the new bindings.

Which version of GDAL?
Which bindings are you using, next-gen or old-gen?
