[gdal-dev] Vote to adopt RFC 18: OGR Style Support in C API

Hi dev's,

I have made a few edits to RFC-18 since yesterday, the main one is 
removing OGRStyleVector from the list of supported classes and adding a 
note explaining that since it is unused it will not be exposed to the C 
API and will likey be removed in future releases. The rest were just 
minor edits.

I'd like to call for a vote to approve "GDAL RFC 18: OGR Style Support 
in C API" now, for inclusion in GDAL/OGR 1.5.0 before beta2.

And I start with my +1.
