[gdal-dev] Ecw support for GDAL

Hello!
I am building GDAL on windows, and i have problems with extra formats supports, like ECW, JPEG2000, ect...
Can someone please explain me how to biuld the ecw support for gdal, or where i can dowload the ready one?
