[gdal-dev] Motion: Adopt 1.5.0RC2 as 1.5.0

Motion: To Adopt the 1.5.0RC2 release as the official 1.5.0 release.

Voting opens now so it can close by Christmas Eve.  Please only vote once
you have tested 1.5.0RC2 or heard of a significant reason to veto the
release.

I'll hold my vote till I've done some more testing myself.
