[Gdal-dev] spike move to top level

Hi,

After some chat with Frank and Hobu, we agreed to move the 'spike'
module out of the trunk.
The trunk only consists of core modules:
- gdal
- autotest

and checkouting trunk brings base GDAL distribution, nothing else.

The spike - module for experimental, alpha and non-official codes has
been moved to top level of the SVN repository, and now
it's like a branches container.
