Andrea is a prolific contributor to GeoTools, and is using the GDAL Java
interface.  I believe it would be quite valuable for Andrea to be able
to
fix and improve the Java interfaces directly.  Andrea has reviewed and
agreed to the GDAL Committer Guidelines (RFC3).
