[Gdal-dev] Red box for OSX builder

The magic variable is DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH on osx.  I have updated the  
test running scripts and added a default one to the .bash_profile of  
the buildbot user

Also, the osx equivalent of ldd is otool

All green now.
