Yep.

 

On a linux install of proj you can find the master list at
/usr/local/share/proj/epsg.

 

With a simple grep you can find all codes dealing with Virginia:

 

[aaronr at pearl sca_mapserver]$ grep -i -A 1 virginia
/usr/local/share/proj/epsg

What is the EPSG for Virginia State Plane North NAD83 Units: feet.

I tried EPSG:102746 within gdalwarp and it said that the SRS failed.
