[Gdal-dev] PAM and minimum/maximum values

I commited a bug entry for the min/max (#1454). The code is available if
needed (but I'm sure you dont' need it)

I believe this is just an omission. If you would file a bug report on it, I
will have Mateusz fix it as time permits.
