Maciej,

You can find the list of modules in a self extracting .bin in the
associated .versions file.

The same download directory also includes a fuller installer that includes
php and mapserver.  (the -all- one). I haven't generated the packages for
Chameleon and company, though I would assume it isn't too hard to do so.

I'm hopefully that an official FGS 0.3 would be issued with my GDAL and
company updates in the next few months.  If you would like to try this all
with Chameleon right away, let me know and I'll try to build all those
packages as well.
