[Gdal-dev] ogr2ogr and casing on PG table names

I've just built GDAL myself from trunk and found that ogr2ogr no longer
respects the case of a file name when converting to a PG database.
 
I was previously using the ogr2ogr from FWTools 1.1.1 and it keeps the case
of the filename.
 
I'm wondering if this was intentional or if I've missed an option somewhere
in the build config?
