[Gdal-dev] GDAL 1.4.2RC1 win32 binaries

Folks,

I have produced GDAL 1.4.2 win32 binaries similar to those we have
for 1.4.1 at:

  http://download.osgeo.org/gdal/win32/

In actual fact, the plugins from 1.4.1 should also work fine in
1.4.2.  In fact, it would be nice to confirm that.
