[Gdal-dev] GDAL MSVC files updated for 1.4.0

Hi Ben,

thanks for the efforts to make a solution for VS2005. Maybe you forget to
set the Additional Include Directories for the project gdal_rasterrize, it
should be set like "..\..\alg;..\..\frmts;..\..\gcore;..\..\ogr;..\..\port".


I build it successfully after setting the include paths.
