[Gdal-dev] EPSG: 3433 and EPSG:3434

It appears that both of these EPSG codes were added by EPSG to their database
in January of this year (in addition to a bunch of other codes).  3433 is
NAD83 / Arkansas North (ftUS) and 3434 is NAD83 / Arkansas South (ftUS
)....both US Survey Feet as specified by State Law.  Neither code appears to
be currently in the data files accessed by GDAL or OGR.  I'm sure the data
files will be updated at some point...just wanted to inform.
