[Gdal-dev] Proposing to remove IF_ERROR_RETURN_NONE in Band.i

Hi All,

This typemap causes a warning for the C# when generating the
interface. In spite of dealing with the addition of a skeleton
implementation of this typemap I would rather remove this one
permanently from Band.i. As far as I can see this typemap is not
really used at any of the bindings along with the IF_ERR_RETURN_NONE.

Any objections to such change?
