[Gdal-dev] Client Specific Branch

Folks,

Would anyone object to my creating a client specific branch in the GDAL
Subversion?  I have a client who needs 1.4 branch, but with a bunch of new
features retrofit back.  I don't want to pollute the 1.4 branch, but I'd
also like the "order" of subversion for this work.
