[Gdal-dev] Export shp to kml using ogr_csharp.dll

I can use ogr in VB.NET through ogr_csharp.dll which is a wrapper.My 
problem is that I get confused about creating Drivers,Datasources etc.I 
just need some examples how to do that even in C#.
