Hi:

Does GDAL 1.4.2 have PROJ.4 coming with the package?  I need to use 
PROJ.4 for projection transformation.  I have PROJ.4 installed in a 
local directory on the linux server.  Do I need to point to PROJ.4's 
lib directory when configuring GDAL before make?
