[Gdal-dev] Python next-gen bindings enabled in trunk

I see that too - my Monday SVN snapshot is OK, today's snapshot has a  
line break in gdal.py.  It looks like it changed from using warn to  
Debug for the message, and a return was accidentally inserted.
