I'm sorry to bug you guys again, ... but it's still that end of the war 
thing (#1945)

If I run it with a -r method I get the "Usage" description. Not stating 
a -r option works OK

gdalwarp -s_srs "+proj=tmerc +lat_0=39.66666666666666 +
