I personally often go 3 or 4 days without catching up on my email. 
Perhaps that is unusual. If no one else speaks up then maybe I raised a 
caution flag unnecessarily. I'm conscious of being a pretty vocal gdal 
user, but that doesn't mean I reflect a significant portion of the user 
base. ;-)
