[Gdal-dev] Reading a World file for a Terragen .ter file

Frank, Ray G., (and other TerranGen driver users),

  I'm considering enhancing the TerraGen driver to include
supporting the [optional] reading (and maybe the writing) of
a .wld/.trw file (since the TerraGen format itself does not
include the northing and easting offsets, just the pixel
scale).

Any strong feelings one way or the other?  Other thoughts?
