[gdal-dev] Proposed 1.4.5 and 1.5.1 Releases

Folks,

We have accumulated a number of noteworthy fixes since the 1.5.0 release
and I'd like to issue a 1.5.1 release by early next week.  I'd appreciate
it if anyone who feels there are high priority bugs that need to be fixed for
1.5.1 would bring them to my attention.

I'd also like to do a 1.4.5 release with cumulative bug fixes in that branch
(which are not really very many).  Barring something severe I expect this to
be the last 1.4.x release ever so if there is anything folks feel needs to be
in it, it should happen now.

I propose that I would be release manager for both releases unless someone
else really wants to be.
