[gdal-dev] re: data viewing

I have had many suggestions to use ogr2ogr file conversion to .csv file for
viewing data and that would be great but ogr can not recognize the file
format I am using.

I am using NDFD .bin files such as ds.mint.bin and I have been unsuccessful
in getting the file converted to a format ogr2ogr can recognize.

Any suggestions?
