[gdal-dev] Motion: Adopt RFC 21: OGR SQL type cast and field name alias

Folks,

I've created a minor change in RFC 21 for supporting the
date/time/timestamp type casts and
updated the proposed patch accordingly.

As having no further comments about this topic I would like to call
for a vote on RFC 21.
