Hi,

No problem with FWTools 2.0.6 on Windows:

d:\ohjelmat\FWTools2.0.6>gdalwarp -t_srs epsg:900913 temp.tif tempgoogle.tif
Creating output file that is 10131P x 10144L.
Processing input file temp.tif.
Using internal nodata values (eg. 0) for image temp.tif.
0...10...20...30...40...50...60...70...80...90...100 - done.
