[gdal-dev] Maintenance Report (till July 15, 2008)

Folks,

Here is updated version of GDAL Maintenance Report:

Currently, I'm focused on Oracle / OCI driver bugs and improvements.
So, if you would like to report any problems or requests to the OCI 
driver, this is a very good time to do it. Please, submit anything you 
have as a ticket to the Trac (http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/newticket).

Simply, it's easier to focus on particular area of GDAL code, on OCI
driver in this case, and work on improvements in batch.
