[Gdal-dev] GDAL 1.5.1 distribution - something's missing

One more note: gdal_wrap.dll is there, sitting at the same folder.

I didn't rebuild GDAL libs, I simply unistalled VS 2005 and installed VS
2008. Then it stopped working.
