[gdal-dev] gdaladdo and huge files

Hello,

gdaladdo is having issues with an ENVI file that is 45 GBytes big. I run the
command:

gdaladdo bigfile 2 4 8 16 32 64 128 256 512 1024

The following error message is produced:
ERROR 1: TIFFAppendToStrip:Maximum TIFF file size exceeded

Is gdaladdo supposed to work with files this big? BIGTIFF should be enabled.
