Folks,

This motion has failed to get any PSC member support.  I'll state I'm
+1 on release 1.5.2RC3 as 1.5.2.  If we don't get at least one more PSC
member to review the release and express support for the release it
cannot proceed.  I'd prefer a bit more than one more!

The deficiencies noted so far as that we still don't support the latest
HDF5 and MrSID libraries.  I consider these significant, but ok to be
put off to a 1.5.3 release so there is some time to address them properly.
