http://fortifiedgis.com/products/desktop/ .  The 30 trial download has a GUI
wizard built on GDALWarp.  You can run as a separate utility or integrated
into the desktop tool.  It also has GUI wizards based on several other GDAL
/ OGR utilities.

Hi Jean-Claud,

you might consider QLandkarte GT, too. (www.qlandkarte.org) It's it's less 
scientific like QGis, but somehow esier to use. And, yes I can add that -tr 
parameter if you need it ;)
