http://fortifiedgis.com/products/desktop/ .  The 30 trial download has a GUI
wizard built on GDALWarp.  You can run as a separate utility or integrated
into the desktop tool.  It also has GUI wizards based on several other GDAL
/ OGR utilities.

Thanks Markus. I have tried it, it is nice and easy to use. 
Unfortunately it lacks one feature I need, that is the possibility to 
choose the output resolution (parameter -tr of gdalwarp). Maybe it is 
not difficult to add this feature, I'll ask on the QGIS ML.
