[gdal-dev] Swig wrappers: single dll

Does not seem to work. One wrapper code generated by Swig must be put 
into one DLL.

But, anyway, I found some bugs while doing this and will continue trying 
to make building Geo::GDAL module against binary (but development, with 
header files etc) distribution of GDAL more smooth.
