[gdal-dev] FWTools 2.1.0 compiled in debug mode

Frank,

 

Did you know that Windows FWTools 2.1.0 is built in debug mode?  When I try
to run the program it fails saying it is looking for the MSVCR80D.dll which
the debug runtime.  Or at least one linked dll is compiled in debug.
