[gdal-dev] Building OGDI

Hi,

Does anyone know of or can anyone point me at build instructions for
building OGDI-beta2 on Windows using any of the dev studio/command prompt
shells environments. I really don't care what version of MS DevStudio I use
I just need some build instructions that actually work on Windows.

Please help.
