[gdal-dev] gdal-1.6.0 Python binding on Windows

I don't use Windows myself, but Tamas Szekeres provides a 
ready-to-use-and-compile SDK with multiple GDAL and MapServer versions and 
MSVC versions. And it has support for Python bindings.
