I've made some necessary changes (r16092) in the JP2ECW driver to make it work 
with the /vsisubfile/ syntax, or any other virtual file system, 
like /vsimem, /vsigzip, etc... Previously, it used VSI*L file streams only 
with the J2K_SUBFILE: syntax.
