[gdal-dev] GDAL with ECW on windows

I'm trying to build MapServer/GDAL with ECW support on windows but from the following link: http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/ECW

 

It says:

 

Building GDAL with ECW support on Windows TO BE DONE

 

Does anyone know if GDAL supports ECW yet on Windows? If so can you send me the build instructions?
