In order to be sure if something is feasible or not, you have to
investigate it, make some a research. Then you will know if you can
implement things easy or not.
My point is that it does *not* make sense to make an attempt on
investigating it if you don't know you are allowed to do it or not.
Otherwise you can spend hours on developing things and eventually
you will lock it in a drawer and nobody will see you work.
That would be quite pointless.
